Along with the 3 Care Homes set on the Prestwood estate, we also have a dedicated development of 59 properties for the over-55’s set amongst the beautiful grounds. There are a few houses but the properties mainly consist of bungalows and are all set in desirable, private positions on the woodland estate.
If they wish the residents of these properties can take advantage of the care services that Prestwood has to offer, including day care and care in their own homes. The properties are ideal for those that are still very independent but might like the security and reassurance of a close community and a the thought that a little extra assistance is not far away should they need it in future for their day to day lives. Equally the properties and the location are just as desirable to those living quite independently and simply want to enjoy the private woodland setting.
